Hi, I’m LeeAndra!
I believe feeling well is the foundation for living well. Whether you’re taking on a fitness challenge, hiking a trail with friends, or simply getting through your workday with enough energy to play with your kids when you get home, how you feel matters. When you nourish your body well, you give yourself a better opportunity to feel well, move well, and perform at your best.
My goal is to help you feel your best for whatever life asks of you.
I understand nutrition, but more importantly, I understand how to help people put that knowledge into practice. Making changes isn't always easy, and what works for one person may not work for another. That's why I take the time to get to know you—your goals, your challenges, and what matters most in your life. I'll listen, encourage, and help you find practical ways to make healthier choices easier, without judgment or the pressure to be perfect.
Together, we’ll take things one step at a time, build your confidence, develop sustainable habits, and learn how to fuel your body for the life you want to live. More than helping you reach a goal, I want to give you the knowledge and tools to keep making choices that support your well-being long after our coaching work together ends.
My Background & Approach
I hold a B.A. in Exercise Science from Concordia University-St. Paul and bring nearly 13 years of coaching and personal training experience, including personalized nutrition coaching.
I'm passionate about combining the science of nutrition with practical strategies that work in everyday life. That passion also keeps me learning. My continuing education includes Dr. Stacy Sims' Menopause 2.0 program, along with additional professional education focused on GLP-1 medications and nutrition.
My areas of special interest include nutrition during perimenopause and menopause, as well as fueling for strength and endurance activities. I love working with people who exercise for their health and enjoyment just as much as those training for competition. Whatever your starting point or goals, my approach is always personal, practical, and sustainable.
Outside of coaching you’ll often find me hiking, cycling, or exploring the mountains. Staying healthy and strong helps me enjoy the things I love, and I want that for you, too.
My goal is simple: to help you feel supported, confident, and capable of building healthy nutrition habits that last.
I’d love to hear your story!
